Talk Therapy
Also known as psychotherapy or counseling, this is a collaborative process that offers individuals a safe and supportive environment to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or simply seeking personal growth, talk therapy provides a space to process emotions and experiences. Through regular sessions, you will learn to identify patterns in your thinking, improve communication skills, and cultivate resilience.
Coaching
A structured process aimed at helping individuals achieve their personal and professional goals. I currently offer coaching specific to ADHD which includes modules such as: scheduling, planning, organizing, prioritizing, dealing with distractions, and coping with frustration.
ERP
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy is a type of cognitive-behavioral therapy used to treat anxiety disorders, particularly obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). It involves gradually exposing individuals to feared situations or thoughts in a controlled environment, while preventing their usual response (such as avoidance or compulsive behaviors). This process helps reduce anxiety over time and encourages healthier coping mechanisms, ultimately allowing individuals to break the cycle of fear and avoidance.
Wellness
Holistic wellness sessions aim to alleviate stress, enhance emotional resilience, and cultivate a deeper connection to your inner self. By addressing not just physical symptoms but also emotional and spiritual aspects, clients are empowered to take charge of their health and well-being. Techniques are tailored to each individual and include modalities such as mindfulness meditation, breathwork, and movement.
Behavioral Therapy
Behavioral therapy is a structured, evidence-based approach designed to help individuals understand and modify their behaviors, thoughts, and emotions. This therapeutic method focuses on identifying negative patterns and replacing them with healthier alternatives, promoting a more fulfilling and balanced life. Behavioral therapy includes modalities such as DBT, CBT, and ACT.
EMDR
EMDR therapy involves a structured eight-phase process that helps clients reprocess traumatic memories, reducing their emotional charge. Many clients report significant symptom improvement in a relatively short period of time and find empowerment in regaining control over their thoughts and emotions.
